Building & Land Guarantees were instrumental in supporting SSQ with the development of our Ultra-Cover market offering, including the administrative back-office requirements that were brand new to SSQ. Ultra-Cover was launched in mid-2019 and has gone on to be very successful, with a number of high-profile projects and clients now completed under the scheme.

We started to develop office blocks immediately after the government brought in the PD rights. The market was new, and we needed a company that understood the intricate detail.
