BLG recently attended site along with the Insurers Technical Auditors to view these prestigious apartments for one of our Developer clients which are due to complete shortly.
The apartments form part of a much larger development in central Edinburgh, just off Princes Street and with amazing views from the rear apartments overlooking Leith and the River Forth. Given the large nature of this entire scheme and the complexities of this, which comprises residential and retail elements, arranging the insurance cover has been quite challenging.
We are pleased to report that the Inspectors were extremely pleased with the quality of the build, and once works are complete the insurance cover should incept.
